Operational integration was driven by a supplemented rollout of the existing JD Edwards solution from the United States, with the Helmond release intentionally deviating from the Sunrise Global ERP template to incorporate additional regional functionality. Key users in the Netherlands and the Global IT team in the United States worked closely with Redfaire International to document a new template and to align the production environment with manufacturing and distribution requirements across sites.
Governance included a planned hypercare period, with one month of post-go-live support after which the first month-end closing was completed and the Helmond site was reported as running stable. RFI consultants will continue to provide user consultancy, and the roadmap specifies an upgrade from version 9.1 to 9.2 followed by further rollouts in Europe to extend the Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP Financial environment across additional manufacturing and distribution locations.
