Machine integration included automatic capture of weighing data from company scales into dedicated operator stations to eliminate manual entry errors, and MES batch detection was tailored to the customer workflow so that warehouse movements are triggered automatically for semi finished and finished goods. Governance and workflow changes were formalized by Scao Informatica through machine-level control workflows, operator role controls for recipe selection, and logging policies to preserve parameter provenance and traceability. The rollout embedded new shop floor procedures for recipe management, structured capture of setup and downtime events, and BI feeds into enterprise reporting.
