Governance focused on centralizing sales and service operations, embedding consistent transaction handling and store level process controls under the Negoziando Retail Management solution.

In 2018 NonSoloSport Italy implemented Negoziando, a Retail Management application, to centralize invoicing, orders, inventory and back-office operations across 49 stores for the Trops brand. The deployment targeted Italian store operations and back-office functions, aligning point of sale data with centralized retail finance and inventory workflows.
Negoziando was configured to handle invoicing, order management, inventory control including variant-level stock management, and back-office financial processes. The implementation emphasized a centralized application layer with local POS synchronization, enabling a direct integration between Negoziando and POS systems to feed sales analytics and payment flows. Transaction orchestration and automated invoice posting were implemented to support faster payment processing and consolidated sales reporting.
Smeup served as the implementation partner coordinating configuration, POS integration and the phased rollout across 49 Italian stores. Operational coverage included retail finance, inventory management and store operations, with governance focused on centralized master data for variants and standardized invoicing workflows. The project delivered improved stock and variant management and produced faster payment processing and more accurate sales analytics through the direct integration between Negoziando and POS.

Governance established centralized order orchestration and automated workflows from online order capture through to invoice issuance, increasing operational continuity and enabling automated order to invoice flows between online sales and store inventories.
