Zoetis | Healthcare | 13800 | $9.3B | United States | Syniti | Syniti Knowledge Platform | Master Data Management | 2018 |
In 2018, Zoetis implemented Syniti Knowledge Platform for Master Data Management. The deployment created a centralized master data hub to govern material, product and location masters supporting domestic and international warehouse operations.
The Syniti Knowledge Platform was configured to perform data profiling, cleansing, mapping and automated migration workflows, with stewardship and approval workflows and data quality rules to control master record changes. Migration activities used Syniti migration tooling alongside LSMW scripts to stage, validate and reconcile master and transactional data prior to cutover.
Integrations were orchestrated with SAP Extended Warehouse Management and embedded S/4HANA EWM, linking master data to MM, SD, PP and QM modules, and to RF transaction flows and Fiori applications to support real time warehouse processes. The scope extended to third party logistics providers to align intercompany transfers and external warehouse master data.
Telligen Technologies led implementation and data migration activities working with Global Process Leads and business users to define mapping rules and enforce governance. Testing included unit, integration, functional and user acceptance testing, followed by go live, hyper care and post go live support, with documented SOPs and training to drive process adherence and improve data accuracy and operational continuity as noted in project records.

Zoetis | Healthcare | 13800 | $9.3B | United States | Syniti | Syniti Replicate | Data Replication | 2018 |
In 2018 Zoetis implemented Syniti Replicate to support a brownfield SAP EWM transition from ECC WM to embedded S/4HANA EWM across domestic and international warehouses. Syniti Replicate was deployed to handle continuous master and transactional data flows under the Data Replication category, aligned with warehouse modernization efforts spanning inbound, outbound, and internal goods processes. Telligen Technologies served as the systems integrator and led data migration activities, using tools such as LSMW alongside Syniti to ensure accurate master and transactional data transfer. Data mapping and governance were enforced through collaboration with Global Process Leads and business users, capturing mappings for Storage Types, Sections, and Bin Types. Functional configuration work included putaway and picking strategies using Process Oriented Storage Control and Layout Oriented Storage Control, and RF transaction customization for goods receipt, putaway, picking, and inventory confirmations. Syniti Replicate provided ongoing replication into SAP EWM and supported integrations with core SAP modules MM, SD, PP, and QM as well as coordination with third party logistics providers for intercompany transfers. The solution design emphasized near real time data synchronization and consistent master data across warehouse, production, and logistics touchpoints, and mobility solutions and Fiori Apps were leveraged to improve real time data access for warehouse operators. Testing and rollout followed a staged validation approach including Unit, Integration, Functional Unit Test, and User Acceptance Testing, with coordinated go live activities and hyper care support to address high priority issues. Governance included authored standard operating procedures and end user training to embed process adherence and maintain data quality, and reported operational outcomes included improved accuracy of warehouse transactions and reduced downtime through automated replenishment, cross docking, and wave planning improvements.
