All Value Holdings | Retail | 418 | $150M | Philippines | Anaplan | Anaplan Demand Planning | Demand Forecasting and Planning | 2021 |
In 2021, AllValue Holdings implemented Anaplan Demand Planning as its chosen Demand Planning application to address inventory, assortment and store-level forecasting needs across its AllHome and AllDay Supermarket brands. The deployment was scoped to support rapid retail expansion in the Philippines and to provide a single planning fabric for store performance, assortment and replenishment decisioning.
The implementation of Anaplan Demand Planning delivered functional modules for demand planning, supply planning and replenishment orchestration, assortment analytics and store performance modeling. Configuration emphasized real-time data consolidation, scenario planning capabilities and automated workflow logic to reduce manual spreadsheet processes and accelerate planning cycles.
The program was executed in collaboration with regional implementation partner VISEO and system integrator Viseo Sweden, aligning Anaplan Demand Planning models with retail operational processes across AllValue sites nationwide. The project integrated planning outputs into merchandising and inventory workflows to improve visibility across the supply chain and to support store-level assortment decisions.
Governance was structured to centralize planning ownership within the retail planning organization, standardize forecast and replenishment workflows and enable cross-brand planning consistency across AllHome and AllDay. Outcomes explicitly cited during the rollout include a drastic reduction in manual processes, consolidated real-time analysis of inventory and assortment data and improved ability to carry the right merchandise to increase customer satisfaction and competitive positioning.

Berluti | Consumer Packaged Goods | 850 | $178M | France | Anaplan | Anaplan Platform | EPM | 2014 |
In 2014, Berluti implemented the Anaplan Platform as its EPM solution, moving planning and forecasting work away from Microsoft Excel. The initial contract was signed in November 2014 and the deployment concentrated on monthly sales forecasting as the first functional scope.
The Anaplan Platform was configured to support sales forecasting workflows with model design and input parameterization, business-oriented modeling assisted by Viseo Sweden. Input and parameterization tasks are primarily executed by five users responsible for supplier relations, while model design and validation work involved Anaplan specialists who supported IT on data injection and consistency as well as project management.
Architecturally the implementation uses Anaplan Connect to transfer data in batch from a SQL Server datawarehouse, described by Berluti as a very light integration aligned to a monthly forecasting cadence. The solution reached operational status within a few weeks with intermittent part-time work, and since January it has run in dual operation alongside Excel to reconcile any unexplained discrepancies. Ongoing exploitation of the solution extends to about 30 users across functions and services.
Governance and rollout were led by mixed teams combining business and IT stakeholders, with Viseo Sweden acting as the SI to help business users design models and Anaplan specialists assisting technical injection. Berluti plans to extend the Anaplan Platform functional scope to production planning that is currently maintained in Excel and drives SAP, and is evaluating tariff simulation scenarios and consolidation of budget preparation into the Anaplan EPM environment.

Berluti | Consumer Packaged Goods | 850 | $178M | France | SAP | SAP Apparel and Footwear (SAP AFS) | Retail Management | 2014 |
In 2014, Berluti implemented SAP Apparel and Footwear (SAP AFS) as its Retail Management platform. The program defined a SAP AFS core system and deployed the solution across 11 countries in Europe, Asia, and America within a one year delivery timeline led by Viseo Sweden.
The SAP Apparel and Footwear (SAP AFS) implementation established a strong core model centered on SAP and covered finance, management control, supply, and sales processes. Configuration work emphasized standardized master data and unified transactional workflows consistent with apparel and footwear retail operations, creating a common processing and reporting backbone.
Operational scope included corporate finance, management control teams, supply chain functions, and retail sales operations across the deployed countries, supporting homogenization of processes and documents. The technical architecture was explicitly centered on SAP to provide a single entity core capable of supporting multi-country operational consistency.
Governance and rollout prioritized a centralized core model to become a single entity and the standardization of processes and documents across regions. The project met the goals that were set and delivered a competitive platform intended to sustain company growth, with Viseo Sweden supporting the one year rollout and systemization effort.
