In 2019, Advantage Credit implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP to consolidate accounting workflows. The deployment targeted ERP Financial capabilities, centralizing core accounting and financial reporting within a single platform.
The implementation configured core financial modules typical of ERP Financial systems, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and consolidated financial reporting. A consultant and project controller provided NetSuite implementation support and customization guidance, and developed financial reports and analysis to align system configuration with the company chart of accounts and reporting needs.
Data migration was executed from Intuit QuickBooks Online to populate opening balances and transactional histories, enabling continuity of accounting records. Operational coverage centered on finance and operational accounting functions at Advantage Credit, supporting ongoing accounting, treasury and M&A advisory activities performed by the internal finance team and external fractional controller services.
Governance changes emphasized updated policies and procedures and an optimized structure for the accounting function, with the project controller role overseeing configuration, control frameworks and report distribution workflows. Oracle NetSuite ERP thus became the single source for transactional finance data and reporting governance for Advantage Credit.

| MeridianLink | Legacy | TazWorks | BackGround Screening | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018 Advantage Credit implemented TazWorks as its BackGround Screening application to centralize candidate screening within the HR function. The HR Director used TazWorks to conduct background screening of all employment applicants, embedding screening into recruitment and onboarding workflows across the HR department.
TazWorks was configured to support standard applicant screening capabilities common to BackGround Screening solutions, including candidate order management, adjudication workflows, automated result delivery, and compliance controls for federal and state employment checks. The implementation reinforced consistent screening procedures and provided a single platform for initiating checks and tracking case status through resolution.
Operational integration included explicit use of GAPRS alongside TazWorks for screening inputs, and storage of screening documentation into DocuWare as part of employee record keeping. Screening outputs were linked into the company human resource information system workflow, enabling recruiters and HR administrators to maintain candidate and employee files and to reference screening outcomes during onboarding and disciplinary processes.
Governance and process changes accompanied the deployment, with HR formalizing screening policies, standardizing forms, and retaining completed reports to support EEO and regulatory record keeping. TazWorks supported these controls while enabling the HR team to align screening, onboarding, and compliance activities across recruitment, benefits administration, and employee relations.
