The project was delivered by PASaPAS, which provided configuration, deployment and change management support for the rollout to Aramine’s HR team. Operational scope was centered on the HR function across Aramine’s France operations, with training and process handoffs to HR staff to operationalize the new workflows. Governance changes included standardized approval flows for time off and formalized performance review cycles administered in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. According to client feedback, the deployment produced a considerable financial gain and optimized time on tasks with higher added value for HR teams. |
