Workday Compensation was instrumented to feed compensation events and status into Workday reporting, enabling executive level dashboards and streamlined HR service workflows across the employee lifecycle as part of the HRIS program. Governance for the solution was operated through the regional HR business partner model and HRIS stakeholders who led award benchmarking, configuration ownership and staged rollout coordination. Change and process controls focused on establishing approval matrices, standardized compensation cycle process flows and regional compliance checkpoints to align compensation administration with existing workforce planning and rostering practices.
