SAP Legacy SAP ERP ECC 6.0 ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2009 2009
In 2009 Bank Mandiri implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as the core ERP Financial platform to consolidate and standardize corporate finance processes. SAP ERP ECC 6.0 established a centralized financial ledger and reporting layer used to produce recurring Profit and Loss, funds, loans, and OPEX reporting to support executive oversight. The implementation encompassed financial accounting and management accounting capabilities, aligning general ledger and cost accounting workflows with the bank's performance management cadence. SAP ERP ECC 6.0 was operated in conjunction with SAP e-Performance to instrument KPI measurement and to feed performance data into executive dashboards and Board reporting, enabling monthly and daily target reconciliations. Operational coverage extended into the Strategy and Performance Management Group, with outputs consumed by the President Director and the Board of Directors and distributed across all business segments for daily target realization. The deployment supported end-to-end finance workflows from transactional posting to consolidated performance reporting, and it fed upstream measurement processes used for inter-group performance assessment. Governance and process changes were formalized through creation and review of Key Performance Indicators, year-end Service Level Agreement and Intergroup Promoter Score surveys, and Board of Directors surveys to complete KPI assessments. Those governance actions, together with SAP ERP ECC 6.0 and SAP e-Performance instrumentation, delivered structured performance reports and actionable insights that improved departmental accountability and supported strategic decision-making.

Kalibrr Legacy Kalibrr ATS Applicant Tracking System HCM n/a 2011 2011
In 2011 Bank Mandiri implemented Kalibrr ATS, an Applicant Tracking System, to centralize recruitment and candidate lifecycle management for its Talent Acquisition function in Indonesia. The Kalibrr ATS implementation targeted corporate hiring channels and internal recruitment workflows, surfacing job postings and candidate applications into a centralized tracking environment. Kalibrr ATS was configured with standard applicant tracking modules including job requisition creation and approval workflows, candidate profile and resume parsing, application status tracking, interview scheduling, and basic reporting dashboards. The implementation used configurable workflow rules and role based access controls to segregate recruiter, hiring manager, and HR administrator privileges, and supported structured candidate evaluation fields to standardize selection criteria. Operational usage focused on HR and recruiting teams and included publishing vacancies through the Kalibrr job board and managing candidate inflow from online applications, as evidenced by public job postings routed to the Kalibrr platform. The system functioned as the primary repository for applicant records and hiring audit trails, coordinating with hiring managers and HR operational processes for requisition approvals and candidate communications. Governance emphasized documented processes and auditability, with Kalibrr ATS capturing interview notes, decision timestamps, and approval history to support internal compliance and recruitment controls. Implementation details prioritized workflow standardization and recruiter onboarding to enforce consistent hiring practices across Bank Mandiri Talent Acquisition.
