In 2018, BDO Norge implemented Flex HRM Time from Flex Applications to standardize Time and Attendance processes. The deployment positions Flex HRM Time as the core Time and Attendance application BDO uses to deliver HR and payroll technology services to its clients.
The implementation centers on time reporting, travel integration and Norway payroll flows, with configurations for timesheet capture, approval workflows and payroll export. Flex HRM Time was configured to enforce time validation rules, consolidate employee time records, and prepare payroll data in line with Norwegian statutory requirements.
Integrations explicitly include travel systems feeding time and expense data into payroll flows, and a payroll interface for Norway, enabling centralized HR and payroll data for compliance and reporting. Operational scope covers BDO Norge's HR and payroll service lines and the client engagements they support, with the application serving as a managed service component delivered to multiple client accounts.
Governance was oriented around centralized data controls and shared reporting to support compliance, client reporting and operational transparency. The collaboration since 2018 delivered stated outcomes of client time savings and centralized HR and payroll data for compliance and reporting.
