In 2013, Buderus deployed SixCMS as its Content Management platform for its public website. The SixCMS implementation was used to centralize web content management for buderus.de, providing a primary system to author, organize and publish site pages and media assets.
The deployment emphasized standard Content Management capabilities including template driven page composition, media asset handling, version control, and staged publishing workflows to support editorial approval cycles. SixCMS was configured to manage structured content and page templates to ensure consistent rendering across product information, corporate communications and support pages. This configuration aligns Buderus SixCMS Content Management with the business functions of web publishing, editorial operations and corporate communications.
Operational ownership rested with Buderus web and marketing teams, with governance implemented through role based editorial workflows, publication schedules and access controls to regulate content lifecycle and approvals. The SixCMS instance functions as the central content repository and publishing engine for the Buderus website, supporting ongoing web content operations and site management.
