In 2013 Budimex implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as its core ERP Financial platform. The engagement covered SAP ECC and SAP BI components and established SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as the primary system for finance and related back-office processes. The implementation concentrated on configuration of standard financial capabilities typical of an ERP Financial deployment, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and controlling, together with BI-driven reporting and financial analytics. Technical work emphasized a heterogeneous migration across the SAP landscape, consolidating runtime onto Windows server hosts with Oracle 11 as the database tier while standardizing SAP ECC and BI stacks. SAP Basis activities were executed throughout 2013 to replatform operating system and database layers, adjust kernel and transport configurations, and stabilize the landscape for production cutover. Governance was Basis-led with dedicated SAP Basis consulting support for system conversion, cutover planning and post-go-live stabilization, and operational ownership rested with central IT and applications teams supporting finance and reporting workflows.

| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits | Benefits Administration | HCM | n/a | 2023 | 2024 |
In 2023 Budimex implemented Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits for Benefits Administration. This Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits deployment extends Budimex's Oracle-based HRIS program that began rolling out in 2019 and which previously supported soft HR processes such as periodical evaluation, goal setting, training and development.
The implementation focuses on Benefits Administration functional capabilities including enrollment and eligibility management, benefits policy modeling, and self service for employees and managers. Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits was configured to represent company specific entitlements for blue collar workers, including employer provided accommodation when assigned away from place of residence, and daily employer provided lunch for all blue collar staff.
The deployment is implemented as part of the broader Oracle HRIS footprint used across the Budimex Group, covering nearly 6,000 employees in five Budimex companies and designed for access via computers, tablets or telephones. The project scope aligns benefits configuration with planned extensions for recruitment, succession planning and support for wages and benefits processes as described in prior HRIS roadmaps.
Governance emphasizes centralized benefits policy management and employee self service to standardize entitlements across group companies, while preserving country and role specific rules for construction site operations. The implementation is presented as a cloud native Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits solution integrated into the existing Oracle HRIS estate, enabling HR teams and line managers to administer company specific benefit rules and entitlements in accordance with global HR practices.

In 2014 Budimex implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Plant Maintenance (PM) to support site-level asset and maintenance workflows within its construction operations. The deployment targeted Plant Maintenance processes and was coordinated with IBM as the systems integrator to deliver a custom, construction-site oriented solution built on SAP core functionality.
The implementation combined standard SAP PM capabilities with a custom WebDynpro for ABAP front end, the custom solution was built on top of standard SAP functionalities to manage construction sites. Functional modules configured and exercised as part of the program included MM, SD, FI, CO and PM, enabling materials management, contract and sales record linkage, and financial posting flows alongside maintenance planning and execution.
Operational coverage centered on construction site maintenance and related back office business functions, integrating maintenance planning with procurement and finance workflows. A dedicated development stream continued after initial go live, with a Development Stream Lead working part-time from June 2015 to November 2015, managing a team of five ABAP backend developers responsible for designing and delivering the WebDynpro for ABAP application, monitoring incident queues and providing support troubleshooting for solutions in the existing landscape.
Governance emphasized a development and support model driven by IBM and the internal development stream, with the Development Stream Lead partnering with functional consultants to prepare business cases, define solution scope and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. The SAP ERP ECC 6.0 - Plant Maintenance (PM) implementation established an extensible application layer for construction site management while retaining integration points into MM, SD, FI and CO for operational and financial control.
