Operational coverage included approximately 140 UK based users working securely from anywhere, and the implementation emphasized seamless flow of financial data across related organisations that had adopted SAP technologies.
Governance and process changes focused on end to end standardisation, automated controls for approvals and core accounting tasks, and agreed operational procedures so tasks are performed systemically.
