In 2010, Converse implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as its ERP Financial platform and executed a worldwide global roll out spanning all regions over a year. The SAP ERP ECC 6.0 deployment supported enterprise procurement and supply planning workflows and was coordinated through extended testing and go live activities across regional teams.
The implementation emphasized purchase order management and factory capacity planning, with Converse managing a global monthly PO buy in SAP of up to 10 million units and processing PO placements for North America sales order coverage of roughly 2.5 million units. Functional usage included compile-and-rollup forecasting at subcategory seasonal milestones, creation and distribution of BI reports for daily and monthly PO tracking and delivery, and operational control of factory minimums and acceptance through liaison factory teams.
Operational coverage included global supply and demand planning, procurement execution, factory operations coordination, and BI reporting for planning and delivery workflows. The program also encompassed a factory floor EEM upgrade implementation, completed end to end in eight weeks, reflecting a mix of ERP application configuration and shop floor system work.
Governance centered on coordinated testing, go live orchestration, and process standardization, with supply planners driving lean process improvements and automation. One explicit automation outcome was an Excel macro for monthly buy forms which reduced a two hour manual task to about two minutes, demonstrating targeted efficiency gains within the SAP ERP ECC 6.0 driven ERP Financial environment.

| LiveHire | Legacy | LiveHire ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2023 | 2023 |
Converse implemented LiveHire ATS in 2023 as its Applicant Tracking System and published the LiveHire ATS experience directly on the Converse website to manage external applicant flows. The implementation is positioned as the public facing recruitment channel for job postings and candidate submissions on converse.com.
Deployment was configured as a cloud-hosted Applicant Tracking System embedded into the corporate career site, handling requisition creation, job posting distribution to the career page, candidate intake forms, and structured application workflows. Functional capabilities in use include candidate profile capture, applicant tracking across defined hiring stages, interview scheduling orchestration, and recruiter-facing pipelines and shortlisting tools consistent with Applicant Tracking System workflows.
Operational coverage centers on Talent Acquisition and HR hiring processes, with the LiveHire ATS used by recruiting teams and hiring managers to centralize candidate experience and requisition management. The LiveHire ATS connection to the Converse website indicates a career site integration pattern, maintaining public job visibility and a single point for inbound applications.
Governance and process changes emphasize standardized posting templates, role based access for recruiters and hiring managers, and workflow rules for stage progression and candidate communications. Configuration work focused on aligning hiring stages and permissions within LiveHire ATS to existing recruiting practices without naming any third party integrations beyond the website embedding.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP Apparel and Footwear (SAP AFS) | Retail Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, Converse implemented SAP Apparel and Footwear (SAP AFS) as a core component of its Retail Management program. The initiative focused on standardizing merchandising and inventory planning workflows to align Materials Management, Purchasing and Inventory teams with a unified retail operations platform.
The implementation configured SAP AFS alongside SAP MM, SD and FI functional modules, with extensions to EWM and PP for inventory orchestration and fulfillment touchpoints. Development emphasized ABAP-based RICEFW artifacts including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and Adobe forms, using ABAP Objects and the SAP Workflow Framework to automate procurement and replenishment processes.
The technical architecture included SAP ECC 6.0 on SAP HANA DB and used IDocs, BAPIs and RFCs for system-to-system integration, with SLT available for data replication. SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics were used for extensions, user experience and reporting, while RESTful OData services and SOAP web services provided API surfaces for commerce and supply chain integrations.
Governance and rollout relied on close collaboration between engineering and business stakeholders in Materials Management, Purchasing and Inventory, with change management tracked through ALM and ServiceNow and local ABAP engineering capacity in Atlanta to support ongoing customization. The deployment concentrated on merchandising, procurement, inventory and fulfillment business functions within Converse retail operations.
