| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle E-Business Suite | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019 Cox Automotive implemented and supported Oracle E-Business Suite as its ERP Financial platform. Oracle E-Business Suite was operated in production to deliver core financial and procurement capabilities across HR, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management and Purchasing modules.
The implementation included configuration of Purchasing (PO), Order Management, Bill of Materials, Work in Process and Inventory setups with SOX-aligned approval controls for purchasing and BOM. The team implemented Advanced Supply Chain Planning functionality, identifying and resolving ASCP defects in 11i while upgrading to and validating R12 ASCP plans, executing plans and collections, reviewing Planner Workbench outputs and coordinating service requests with Oracle Support. Treasury, cash management and payables were configured and tested as part of the complete procure to pay cycle.
Reporting and interface work centered on customized financial reports and automation, including RFQ reports for PO, AP Invoice and Disputed Invoice reports, Automated Dunning letters, AP Trial Balance and an AP Future Date Invoice Transactions report. Developers and analysts produced extracts from Sub Ledger Accounting to surface payables and receivables, and built a common error handling report to capture interface execution failures and notify users by email. Global Trade Management was rolled out to new organizations within Oracle E-Business Suite, with classification code setups and shipping document set configuration for the new orgs.
Governance and delivery covered requirements gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, solution design, configuration, customizations and site level user training. The team prepared test scripts, executed QA and user acceptance testing, conducted UAT sessions and moved to go live with minimal post production issues while providing ongoing production support. Project estimation and tracking activities were performed using the Project Estimator tool and XDPortal for costing, effort and schedule measurement and status reporting.

| ServiceNow | Legacy | ServiceNow HR | HR Service Delivery | HCM | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Cox Automotive deployed ServiceNow HR to extend service management beyond IT into human resources. The deployment targeted HR Service Delivery to automate HR processes and enable employee self service for 25,000 employees through two US employee service centers.
The implementation built on the Now Platform and the companys existing ServiceNow IT Service Management footprint across acquired brands, centralizing service desk capabilities for HR. ServiceNow HR provided an HR self service portal, automated case creation and routing, and a tiered support model that freed service center agents to focus on complex HR inquiries. Cases opened via self service or by the employee service centers are routed to the appropriate HR expert, improving agent responsiveness and response times. The solution was configured and rolled out in 60 days with two in house resources, and built in reporting and analytics provided data insights to drive decision making and to improve team member experience across HR operations.

| Karmak | Legacy | Karmak Fusion | Dealership Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Cox Automotive implemented Karmak Fusion as its Dealership Management application to centralize dealer-facing operational workflows. The Karmak Fusion deployment was positioned to support core dealer business functions including sales, fixed operations, parts, service and accounting within Cox Automotive’s dealer services portfolio.
The implementation configured standard Dealership Management modules such as vehicle inventory management, sales desk and deal processing, finance and insurance workflow, parts and service scheduling, and general ledger interfacing. Karmak Fusion was exercised for transaction processing, inventory lifecycle tracking, service lane scheduling, and customer record management consistent with DMS functional coverage.
Integration work focused on standard interface patterns typical for Dealership Management systems, enabling data exchange with OEM information feeds, vehicle history and title workflows, parts catalogs, and enterprise reporting or financial systems through transactional interfaces. The deployment architecture emphasized a centralized instance with dealer-level configuration controls and role-based access to preserve operational consistency while allowing local dealer process parameters.
Governance and rollout were structured around phased dealer onboarding, defined user roles and permissions, and standardized transaction workflows to align sales, service and finance processes. Data governance and change management were applied at the business function level to enforce master data standards and consistent accounting and parts practices across the Karmak Fusion environment.
