In 2012 DeLonghi Australia implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as its core ERP Financial application to centralize transactional processing for Sales, Procurement and Finance teams. The implementation included preparation and review of functional specifications for transactional data migration into SAP ERP ECC 6.0, establishing a primary record for orders, pricing and financial postings within the ERP Financial environment.
Configuration work focused on standard ERP Financial and operational workflows, including Order to Cash process support, pricing procedure adjustments and price list maintenance. Functional responsibilities included validation of orders, management of claims and GRA in SAP, and providing day to day functional support for Sales, Procurement and Finance users, reflecting typical accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial accounting workflows within SAP ERP ECC 6.0.
The program required operational coordination with warehouse teams to confirm stock status and shipping of goods to customers, and direct liaison with the Order to Cash team to collect and document business requirements. Data migration activities were governed through reviewed functional specifications for transactional data, enabling continuity of order, pricing and inventory records in the SAP ERP ECC 6.0 system.
Governance and rollout centered on ongoing system maintenance, frequent internal training programs and continuous functional support provided to business users. The role responsibilities documented in 2012 emphasize business requirement capture, training delivery, pricing procedure changes and routine SAP administration to sustain the ERP Financial deployment.

| Advance Systems | Legacy | Mitrefinch Time and Attendance | Time and Attendance | HCM | n/a | 2013 | 2013 |
In 2013, DeLonghi Australia implemented Mitrefinch Time and Attendance to centralize workforce time capture and attendance reporting across its Australia and New Zealand operations. The deployment ran through vendor Advance Systems, and the Mitrefinch Time and Attendance application was paired with a separate payroll rollout of Micropay Meridian to bring payroll processing in house from an outsourced model. This implementation supported payroll administration for roughly 100 Australian employees and 20 New Zealand employees. The project reporting line was to the HR Manager who owned operational stewardship of the combined timekeeping and payroll landscape.
Mitrefinch Time and Attendance was configured to provide core time capture and attendance tracking, exportable payroll registers, and employee-level reporting used for fortnightly and monthly payroll cycles. Configuration included mappings to Micropay Meridian payroll fields, routines for calculating accrual adjustments and back pays, and audit controls to maintain data integrity for statutory and internal reconciliation needs. The solution supported ad hoc reporting requirements used by HR, the Financial Controller, and the CEO for budgeting and payroll cost analysis.
Operational integration centered on a timed data flow from Mitrefinch Time and Attendance into Micropay Meridian payroll, enabling a single operator to process both fortnightly and monthly payrolls for Australia and New Zealand. Payroll responsibilities documented alongside the implementation included PAYG calculations and lodgements to the Australian Taxation Office, monthly statutory superannuation remittances, journal and reporting delivery to finance and external accountants, and maintenance of payroll records for audit and reconciliation. The combined systems governed termination and redundancy payments, tax adjustments, and manual inputs such as salary increases, bonuses, commissions and deductions.
Governance and workflow changes formalized ownership with the HR Manager as the primary system steward, who controlled system configuration, payroll schedules and reconciliation processes. Day to day operations emphasized adherence to payroll deadlines, monthly and fortnightly reporting cadences, and audit traceability through maintained payroll software records. The implementation narrative highlights a tightly coupled Time and Attendance to payroll operational model, with Mitrefinch Time and Attendance serving as the authoritative time source feeding Micropay Meridian for end to end payroll processing.

In 2021, DeLonghi Australia deployed TeamSupport SnapEngage on its public website. The deployment uses TeamSupport SnapEngage, a Chatbots and Conversational AI application, to provide embedded conversational channels for customer support and pre-sales assistance. The implementation focuses on website-based interactions and conversational automation rather than broader omnichannel messaging.
Configuration centers on an embedded chat widget, bot-driven first response, routing to live agents, chat transcript capture, and handoff workflows typical for Chatbots and Conversational AI platforms. Operational ownership is assigned to the customer service and digital commerce teams, with administrators configuring conversational scripts, agent routing rules, and session logging inside TeamSupport SnapEngage. The rollout was executed on the website and aligned to support workflows for product inquiries and post-purchase support, with governance controls around script updates and agent training.
