The initiative separated DCCEEWs HR and payroll runtime from the previous shared operational arrangement and established a department-owned instance to support ongoing HR administration and payroll cycles.
Governance and rollout were retained by DCCEEWs internal HR and ICT teams, with a phased onboarding approach and cutover coordination to minimize payroll disruption.
