Design Thinking was used to develop an Employee Experience current and future state map, producing prioritized "How Might We" opportunities across the employee lifecycle and guiding configuration of onboarding and engagement workflows. Governance and rollout emphasized reshaping policies, practices, and decision rights to drive data driven talent projects and analytics. Documented outcomes included creation of a succession planning strategy, clearer career paths, strengthened Emiratisation strategy, a redesigned onboarding programme to align new employees to DCT values, and the centralized Core HR foundation provided by SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
