ApplicantPool Legacy ApplicantPool Applicant Tracking System HCM n/a 2012 2012
In 2012, Dialog Direct implemented ApplicantPool as its Applicant Tracking System. ApplicantPool is deployed as the public careers and application interface on Dialog Direct's website, with live job listings hosted at dialogdirect.applicantpool.com including US and Michigan postings. The deployment supports centralized posting and candidate intake for corporate recruiting activities. This configuration ties ApplicantPool Applicant Tracking System directly to the company career site to manage external applicant flows. The implementation configures core Applicant Tracking System capabilities, including job requisition management, job posting and career site integration, candidate record and application form handling, and workflow-driven candidate status tracking. Operationally the system serves Talent Acquisition and HR teams for requisition to hire processes, and it is surfaced on Dialog Direct's public career site to collect applications. Governance is expressed through role-based access controls and hiring manager workflow steps to manage candidate progression and maintain compliance for US job postings. The deployment centralizes candidate intake and supports recruiting operations across Dialog Direct's US hiring footprint.

Microsoft Legacy Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, SQL Server Reporting) Analytics and BI Analytics and BI n/a 2015 2018
In 2015, Dialog Direct implemented Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, SQL Server Reporting) as its Analytics and BI platform. The work focused on establishing a SQL Server centered reporting and analytics stack that combined reporting, ETL, and analytic modeling components to support business intelligence functions. Implementation activities included creation and modification of SQL Server databases, tables, stored procedures, functions, and views to support reporting schemas and ETL staging areas. The team created, modified, and scheduled SSRS packages for operational reporting, and modified DTS and SSIS packages to orchestrate data movement and transformations. SSAS was provisioned within the Microsoft BI stack to support analytic models and multi dimensional analysis. Alteryx served as an integrated data preparation and orchestration layer, with Alteryx processes taking input from SQL Server tables and views, text files, and Excel files, and producing outputs to SQL Server tables, text files, and Excel files. Processes invoked other Alteryx modules and called SQL Server stored procedures, and recurring Alteryx tasks were scheduled using Alteryx Scheduler. SSRS packages were also scheduled to support regular report delivery. Operational governance included documenting new and existing processes, standardizing ETL patterns that call stored procedures, and maintaining SSRS package definitions and Excel pivot table reports as part of runbook documentation. The team modified and developed Excel pivot reports to support downstream analysis and captured process documentation to support maintenance and knowledge transfer. Microsoft BI (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, SQL Server Reporting) was applied to Dialog Directs enterprise reporting and analytics, centralizing reporting workflows within the Analytics and BI layer. The implementation aligned SQL Server database development, Alteryx data preparation, ETL orchestration, and SSRS reporting into a cohesive reporting platform supporting business intelligence and reporting functions.
