The Concur implementation ran in parallel with an HR Compensation SaaS project and a separate supply chain information exchange initiative between SAP and BAAN, with IT resources shared across these programs to maintain integration and data consistency at the business process level.
Governance for SAP Concur Expense centered on cross-functional sponsorship from IT and finance, with IT staff acting as the implementation representative and driving process redefinition for expense submission and approval.
