The SAP HCM (HR) deployment encompassed recruitment and on-boarding, performance management, compensation administration, employee service delivery, and people analytics capabilities. A new-age recruitment and on-boarding platform was designed and executed for India and NAG geographies to support 3,500+ hires annually, while a digital performance management system was implemented for 14,000+ employees with a goal library of standard KRAs and KPIs for approximately 400 unique roles. A global compensation digital platform was enabled for roughly 16,000 employees, and an automated People Dashboard was introduced to provide business unit and geography-level workforce insights.
Operational integrations and coverage were focused on enterprise HR processes and acquired workforce assimilation, with approximately 2,000 employees from an acquisition integrated into the HR digital platforms. The rollout included HR service automation such as a chat-bot addressing policy queries for about 18,000 employees in India, and automation of 10+ employee life cycle related processes within SAP HCM. Functional areas impacted included talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, HR service delivery, and people analytics supporting business leaders and HR partners.
Governance was centralized under the HRIT and People Analytics leadership, with standardized process libraries, role-based goal definitions, and analytics-driven dashboards to support workforce planning and budgeting. The program combined configuration of SAP HCM modules with process digitalization and governance artifacts, enabling consistent HR workflows across sites and supporting integration of newly acquired headcount into the Core HR platform.
