The rollout included HR service automation such as a chat-bot addressing policy queries for about 18,000 employees in India, and automation of 10+ employee life cycle related processes within SAP HCM. Functional areas impacted included talent acquisition, talent management, compensation, HR service delivery, and people analytics supporting business leaders and HR partners. Governance was centralized under the HRIT and People Analytics leadership, with standardized process libraries, role-based goal definitions, and analytics-driven dashboards to support workforce planning and budgeting.
