| SAP | Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne | SAP ERP ECC 6.0 | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | Altim TI | 2016 | 2016 | In 2016, Acesur implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as its ERP Financial platform, migrating from Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne with Altim TI acting as the systems integrator. The SAP ERP ECC 6.0 deployment was positioned to centralize financial accounting and to support operational finance functions alongside logistics accounting. The implementation encompassed core ERP Financial capabilities including financial accounting and controlling, and extended into materials and inventory management to support stock and inventory control. Configuration work reflected logistics and international trade controls, covering invoicing, delivery notes, shipping instructions and bill of ladings, and operational handling of Incoterms and load positioning for customer routes. SAP ERP ECC 6.0 is referenced by Acesur staff as the daily transactional system used by logistics teams. Operational coverage targeted the international area and logistics, with the system used by shipping, invoicing and inventory teams across Acesur Spain operations. Altim TI led integration and deployment activities to align SAP ERP ECC 6.0 with documentation, administration and warehouse workflows, and to instrument transactional processes for delivery and billing cycles. Governance and rollout included process standardization for documentation and administration in logistics, role based access for operational users, and hands on training for logistics staff and interns who report daily use of SAP ERP. The program emphasized embedding SAP ERP ECC 6.0 into end to end logistics and finance workflows rather than point tools, establishing a single transactional backbone for Acesur finance and logistics functions. |
