The implementation was tightly integrated with an SAP PI integration layer, with documented upgrades of SAP PI from 7.30 to 7.40 and a migration of PI ABAP development to Java along with adoption of a REST adapter. SAP PI 7.3 based interfaces connected the Netalogue e-commerce website to SAP ERP ECC 6.0 and to MS Axapta, and additional interfaces handled purchase order dispatch, supplier acknowledgments and tracking, plus automated exchanges with third party portals OSN and Procserve.
