In 2024 Fire & Vine Hospitality implemented Oracle CrowdTwist Loyalty and Engagement as its Customer Loyalty application, selecting Oracle in Q1 FY2024. The deployment targets the Revelers Club program across 11 locations throughout the Pacific Northwest, including El Gaucho Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, Portland and Vancouver, AQUA by El Gaucho, Aerlume, Witness Tree lounge, Yellowhawk Resort, and Walla Walla Steak Co., with the Revelers Club managed by the Fire & Vine Hospitality team.
Oracle CrowdTwist Loyalty and Engagement was configured to consolidate customer profiles and loyalty accounting, enforce points accrual for dollars spent, and support rewards management and personalized offer orchestration. The implementation uses CrowdTwist's API driven platform to enable real time profile enrichment and campaign delivery, supporting recognition of specific menu selections and curated engagement such as exclusive wine and bourbon tastings.
Integrations were executed with Fire & Vine's reservation system, events platform, and email lists, and data flows were linked to Oracle Simphony Point of Sale systems and other third party software. These API integrations provide a consistent and accurate customer view across transactional POS data, event participation, and marketing lists, enabling cross promotional opportunities between restaurants and hotel partners and operational use by marketing, guest experience, and restaurant operations teams.
Governance and rollout are overseen by Fire & Vine Hospitality, which provides operational leadership, product sourcing, marketing and technology support for the Revelers Club. The program implementation includes plans for employee account personalization to issue dining credits and incentives for long serving staff. As stated by the company, the unified data model and real time customer profiles enable more targeted and personalized offers while breaking down data silos across systems.
