In 2016 Free2move implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations to support its electric car rental business. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations deployment targeted ERP Financial capabilities to centralize transactional accounting, invoicing and revenue posting for rental contracts within the Groupe PSA organization.
The implementation was configured to deliver core finance modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets, alongside rental and lease operational workflows to manage contract billing and fleet transactional flows. Inventory and procurement controls were aligned to support parts purchasing and fleet maintenance processes, and financial close and invoicing procedures were standardized across finance and rental operations.
Governance emphasized alignment of chart of accounts and month end close processes, with role based user profiles for accounting, billing and operations teams to enforce controls and segregation of duties. The vendor for the project was Microsoft and the project used the full Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations application to bring ERP Financial discipline to Free2move business functions.

In 2020, Free2move implemented BambooHR as its Core HR application. The deployment centralized employee master data, contract templates, and onboarding and offboarding workflows for the Paris HR organization supporting about 250 employees.
BambooHR was configured to support core human resources capabilities including contract drafting for executives, supervisors and non-executives, generation of promises of employment, structured administrative onboarding and offboarding tasks, and absence and leave tracking. The implementation covered recruitment workflows for apprentices and work-study candidates, and maintenance of staff monitoring tables and the single staff register.
Operational processes captured in the system included payroll data elements such as absences, bonuses, transport allowances and meal vouchers, plus administrative filings and occupational medicine coordination. BambooHR was implemented alongside Humanforce as part of the HRIS footprint, with configuration focused on centralizing employee records and operational HR case handling for hires and exits.
Governance and workflow responsibilities were retained with the HR team in Paris, with HR staff acting as the privileged contact for employees and owning contract creation, onboarding checklists, access provisioning and ongoing personnel record updates. The implementation emphasized process handoffs between recruitment, payroll administration and occupational health, and consolidated routine HR administration into BambooHR as the Core HR system.
