| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle PeopleSoft ERP | ERP Financial | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2011 | 2011 |
In 2011, BPCE Group implemented Oracle PeopleSoft ERP as part of a group wide ERP Financial initiative. The engagement was managed directly with Oracle's Group Banking sector and a dedicated Oracle sales team leader for Groupe BPCE.
Oracle PeopleSoft ERP was configured to support core financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, cash management, budgeting, and financial reporting. Configuration emphasized multi entity consolidation, multicurrency accounting, and banking specific chart of accounts alignment to support the Groupe BPCE finance organization.
The deployment followed a centralized architecture typical for ERP Financial systems in 2011, with on premises application servers and a consolidated database to centralize financial transactions across group entities in France. Integration points were architected to exchange transactional financial data with internal operational systems and payment processing engines using batch and real time interfaces to support period end close and reconciliations.
Rollout governance established common accounting controls, role based access and approval workflows, and a staged rollout across finance, treasury, and accounting teams to standardize processes. Oracle PeopleSoft ERP served as the authoritative financial record within the ERP Financial footprint of the group, with operational ownership retained by Groupe BPCE finance leadership and commercial oversight from Oracle's Group Banking team.

The Neobrain Skills Intelligence Platform, classified under Skills Intelligence, was deployed as an HR-facing competency and talent marketplace solution to consolidate skills data and operationalize mobility workflows.
The rollout used Neobrain's Competences and Opportunities modules to build a centralized skills repository and an internal talent marketplace. Operational scope covered HR, talent acquisition and learning and development teams within BPCE's banking and insurance units in France and Europe, with HR owning skills curation and opportunity approval processes. Governance emphasized a single source of truth for competencies and a structured process for validating and publishing internal opportunities to support workforce planning and training assignments.

| Wiztrust | Legacy | Wiztrust Blockchain Platform | Blockchain Platform | Blockchain | n/a | 2022 | 2022 |
BPCE Group implemented Wiztrust Blockchain Platform in 2022, adopting the Wiztrust Blockchain Platform as a Blockchain Platform to formalize cryptographic ledgering and immutable transaction records within its banking operations. The 2022 deployment is positioned to support secure transaction orchestration and auditability consistent with enterprise blockchain use cases for financial institutions.
The technical implementation centers on a permissioned ledger architecture typical of enterprise Blockchain Platform deployments, with a smart contract execution layer, identity and access management, and enterprise key management. Configuration workstream focused on node topology, consensus governance and an API gateway to expose ledger services to internal applications, reflecting standard Blockchain Platform modules for transaction processing and programmable business logic.
Integration posture emphasized API-driven connectivity to internal banking workflows and compliance tooling, enabling ledger writes and reads to be consumed by core operational systems and audit processes. Operational coverage targets BPCE Group business functions that handle transaction settlement, recordkeeping and regulatory reporting, with access controls scoped to corporate and compliance teams within the organization.
Governance and rollout activities prioritized permissioned participant controls, transaction approval workflows and audit trail retention policies, aligning ledger governance with existing financial controls. Implementation narratives for Wiztrust Blockchain Platform describe configuration-heavy change management, coordination with operations teams and formalized governance to manage smart contract lifecycle and transaction validation.
