The team mapped and created roles, groups and user accounts, and developed SQL queries and reports to support management information and MI reporting, aligning system configuration with business requirements.
Delivery included integration of SelectHR with SelectPay for payroll and Riteq for time and attendance, consolidated behind a single interface, and required ongoing vendor coordination with Riteq, SelectPay and SelectHR. IT engagement was maintained to coordinate system changes and operational handoffs, extending the operational scope to HR, payroll and operations teams across the organisation.
Project governance emphasized defined roles and responsibilities, maintained project plans with resource and cost tracking, and managed vendor liaison to ensure end to end integration.
