In 2018, Indianapolis Motor Speedway implemented Conga Collaborate to automate branded, personalized sales presentations for suites and hospitality locations. The implementation targeted the sales organization responsible for suite inventory, ticketing, and pit pass options during peak racing season, addressing complex per-day pricing and variable unit configurations across multiple hospitality sites.
Conga Collaborate was configured to generate template-driven, branded presentations that automatically populate accurate price information, prospect data, and ticket and pit pass options. The deployment leverages document generation and dynamic data binding capabilities typical of Collaboration solutions to assemble presentations in minutes, removing manual rekeying and reducing formatting work for sales staff.
The implementation integrates with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with Conga Collaborate pulling CRM records and pricing data and populating presentation fields in real time. Use of Conga Collaborate in the Collaboration category centralized presentation creation workflows and enforced IMS branding and pricing rules within the sales content pipeline.
Operationally the system is used by the IMS sales team across hospitality and suite sales workflows when preparing outreach for events, accelerating response time during high-volume periods. Salespeople no longer have to find and rekey data, enabling faster, more accurate proposal generation and consistent branded materials.
