In 2015, La Banque Postale implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as its ERP Financial backbone for Accounting and Finance functions within the broader La Poste Group context. SAP ERP ECC 6.0 was positioned to support end to end financial processes for the bank, with explicit focus on the FI family of modules to centralize general ledger, payables, receivables and contract accounting.
The implementation centered on SAP FI modules, specifically FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR and FICA, delivering core accounting, invoice to pay, order to cash and contract accounting capabilities. Configuration work emphasized process ownership and maintenance in operational condition, with teams responsible for ensuring consistency of patches and functional developments across the deployed solution.
Operational tooling and lifecycle management were formalized, Solution Manager being preferred for test management and documentation management and HP QualityCenter referenced as an alternative for testing. The environment also relied on standard office productivity tools and an incident management tool to support day to day administration and user support for SAP ERP ECC 6.0 across business departments.
Governance was executed through a Common SAP Competence Center organized into a functional division attached to the DFI of the Services-Mail-Parcels Branch and a technical division attached to the DSI of the Services-Mail-Parcels Branch, tasked with maintaining operational condition and driving evolution projects. Project managers were charged with process management, testing and business acceptance, implementation of developments, maintenance in operational conditions, user training, formalizing business requirements, impact analysis of patches and ensuring timely delivery of quality deliverables.

In 2015 La Banque Postale implemented Genesys CCPulse as part of a Workforce Management deployment, executing a centralized program for contact handling across its retail banking network. The program emphasized definition, management and configuration of inbound telephone call flows and email routing to support operational consistency across sites.
The deployment integrated Genesys components CME, CCpulse, CC Analyzer, OCM and Prosody, together with supporting tools Routing Strategy, MySVI, EasyRecord, Listening Quality and Telemetris. Functional capabilities configured included call routing and queue strategy, IVR scripting via MySVI, call recording with EasyRecord, campaign orchestration and analysis through CC Analyzer and OCM, and quality monitoring and listening workflows to support skills development.
Operational coverage included the flow of telephone calls and emails from the 23 Financial Centers of La Banque Postale and certain subsidiaries, centralizing contact flow configuration and campaign management for those sites. The implementation touched both front-office contact handling and the back-office management of recorded interactions and quality assessment processes.
Program governance combined MOA oversight of the telephone banner and associated tools, project management for developments and deployment of new tools, updates to the documentary base, and controlled introduction of developments and new tools to users. Genesys CCPulse was embedded alongside these governance and rollout activities to align technical configuration, documentation and user adoption within contact center operations.
