Governance and process changes emphasized enforcement of payroll related policies and regulatory adherence including SOX compliance, coordinated cross functional requirements scoping, and formalized issue resolution for all payroll taxes. Operational responsibilities included reconciliation of quarterly, year end and W2 tax filings and coordination of W2 distribution, aligning payroll procedures with company and governmental policies.
