The implementation centered on goHappy’s SMS survey capability, campaign orchestration, and response aggregation. goHappy Employee Engagement was configured with SMS templates, scheduled dispatch, and consolidated response analytics to capture near real-time feedback from employees. Automation tied survey triggers to HR and L&D events consistent with Employee Engagement workflows. Integrations included a direct integration with the Alliance HR system to synchronize employee contact data and to trigger SMS surveys from HR events. Operational coverage focused on HR and learning-and-development workflows and frontline employee populations across Mac Haik Enterprises sites. The integration enabled automated population of recipient lists and consolidation of survey responses into goHappy dashboards and the Alliance HR records. According to the case study, goHappy’s SMS surveys integrated with Alliance produced a 378% increase in survey responses and approximately 400% increase in participation. These results are reported in the 2024 case study and reflect the observed uplift in frontline engagement after deployment.
