The implementation extended to talent and performance workflows, with SAP SuccessFactors modules used to digitize goal management, performance reviews and talent calibration, and an AI-enabled digital assistant introduced to support employee experience and HR service automation.
The program was instrumented to support Total Rewards and compensation planning workflows, including manpower cost planning and budgeting, executive and board remuneration processes, long term incentive frameworks, and variable pay design. The implementation supported Global Mobility and expatriate frameworks and was integrated operationally with HR shared services and HR-IT processes to enable goal audit, goal review and incentive governance across the region set.
Governance and process changes accompanied the technical rollout, with institutionalization of a Total Rewards Framework, pay for performance governance, job evaluation (Hay) on critical roles, succession and talent depth planning, and controls for incentive payouts and compliance. Operational ownership remained with HR-IT, Rewards and HR Operations, and the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central deployment served as the platform for ongoing digitization of workforce planning, organization design and talent management.
