| Oracle | Legacy | Oracle E-Business Suite | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016 Marsh implemented Oracle E-Business Suite to govern ERP Financial workflows with a particular focus on employee expense management. The project emphasized Oracle E-Business Suite iExpense capabilities to manage iExpense claims and reports and to provide centralized support for colleagues submitting and reconciling expenses.
Configuration work concentrated on expense capture, claim validation, and approval workflow configuration within Oracle E-Business Suite. Implementation activities used the native iExpense functionality to enforce policy controls, drive consistent expense reporting, and create finance-ready transaction records consistent with ERP Financial process requirements.
Operational coverage targeted finance and employee support functions, aligning expense reporting with Marsh accounting and reporting cycles. The deployment framed Oracle E-Business Suite as the system of record for expense claims and integrated those records conceptually into broader ERP Financial transaction processing and reporting without naming external interfaces.
Governance focused on formalizing approval chains, role based access to expense data, and operational support procedures for colleagues using iExpense. Marsh Oracle E-Business Suite ERP Financial expense management therefore centralized expense operations, standardized claim and report handling, and provided a single expense management path for employee-driven claims.

In 2017 Marsh upgraded NICE IEX Workforce Management to Release 4, deploying NICE IEX Workforce Management as its primary Workforce Management platform for call center operations. The upgrade was positioned to improve forecasting and scheduling accuracy across Marsh U.S. Consumer contact centers, aligning the application and operational practice under a single Workforce Management capability.
The implementation emphasized forecasting and scheduling modules, specifically tools to forecast call arrivals, average handle time and service levels, alongside agent scheduling engines and consolidated reporting. Configuration work focused on fine tuning arrival rate models and schedule optimization parameters, and the NICE IEX Workforce Management reporting layer was extended to support operational performance dashboards and historical analysis.
Operational coverage targeted Marsh call centers and contact center workforce planning, impacting contact center operations, workforce planning teams and front line supervision. Enhanced reporting capabilities were used to change how performance was monitored, providing supervisors with expanded visibility to manage service level adherence and agent occupancy, and to inform staffing and intraday adjustments.
Governance shifted toward data driven workforce management, with the Release 4 upgrade creating a single source for forecasts and schedule outputs that supported standard operating procedures for staffing and performance reviews. According to Marsh leadership the Release 4 capabilities offered improved forecasting, scheduling and reporting, giving managers greater opportunities to manage performance through the NICE IEX Workforce Management system.

| Adobe Systems | Legacy | Adobe Connect | Audio Video and Web Conferencing | Collaboration | n/a | 2017 | 2017 |
In 2017, Marsh implemented Adobe Connect from Adobe Systems to provide embedded conferencing capabilities on its public website. Marsh deployed Adobe Connect as its Audio Video and Web Conferencing solution to support client engagement, external webinars, and interactive virtual briefings on marsh.com. Adobe Connect is used for public facing sessions and is surfaced directly through website landing pages and session entry points.
The implementation focused on standard Adobe Connect functional modules, including persistent virtual meeting rooms, webinar hosting, screen and content sharing, breakout pods for smaller group interaction, and session recording for on demand playback. Configuration work emphasized branded meeting templates and landing page integration, with session scheduling and attendee entry flows embedded into the website experience. Adobe Connect was provisioned to support synchronous interactive presentation and asynchronous access to recorded sessions.
Operational ownership sits with client engagement and marketing teams, with learning and development teams also using Adobe Connect for internal instructor led sessions and training events. Governance was aligned around role based host and presenter controls, content moderation during live events, and centralized scheduling to prevent session conflicts. Marsh Adobe Connect Audio Video and Web Conferencing supports external-facing communications and internal learning functions through website integrated conferencing capabilities.
