The solution created unified 360 degree customer profiles to surface credit risk exposure and to provide Shared Services and AR teams with consistent, centralized customer data across business units. Governance and process changes focused on standardization and centralization of AR workflows, reducing manual aggregation of remittance information and accelerating customer onboarding. The implementation shortened customer onboarding from about two days to under an hour, and materially shifted operational ownership to a centralized AR Shared Services model that supports manufacturing cash application management and enterprise credit controls.
