Business functions impacted included accounting, treasury and cash operations, procurement, and financial planning, while OeNB retained remote expert support through SAP MaxAttention services, including on-call duty services and incident management by a technical quality manager to accelerate critical incident resolution during go-live.
Governance followed a step-by-step conversion approach focused on risk mitigation, with multiple test conversions, monitored cutover, and technical oversight to meet the tight conversion timeframe.
