The team provided ongoing support to Human Resources areas for data extraction and analysis, creation of ad hoc reports and targeted information findings, ensuring local requirements were represented in the global configuration. Governance tasks included review and validation of functional documents, coordination of country level requirements into the global template and participation in planning, analysing and developing the human resources strategy, associated budget and future HR projects. The department combined implementation stewardship with operational support responsibilities to maintain alignment between local HR needs and the Meta4 PeopleNet Core HR framework.
