The implementation mapped explicit functional capabilities to SAP ERP ECC 6.0, including lease accounting workflows, sales reconciliation handling, bank reconciliation processes, and inventory valuation and stock assessment controls. Configuration work emphasized financial ledger structures, accounts receivable and payable workflows, and asset accounting to support the leases and stock assessment demands identified in scope.
Operational coverage extended to multiple subsidiaries, with the ERP Financial platform serving finance, treasury, sales accounting and inventory management functions across those entities. In 2015 Oysho Espana implemented Meta4 PeopleNet as its Core HR platform across its subsidiary and brand footprint. The rollout covered projects in multiple countries and targeted all group brands including Zara, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius, Oysho, Lefties, Zara Home and Uterqüe, with the department driving implementation activities at each subsidiary.
The program followed a global template approach, where teams gathered country specific requirements, designed and configured a standardized global template, and validated functional documentation produced by the global IT department. Meta4 PeopleNet was configured to support core HR capabilities such as HR master data management, organizational structure and position management, employee lifecycle processes and reporting and analytics, aligned to the Core HR category expectations.
Operational delivery included end to end testing and onsite implementation, with the department operating as the business analyst layer between HR stakeholders in each country and the global IT organization. The team provided ongoing support to Human Resources areas for data extraction and analysis, creation of ad hoc reports and targeted information findings, ensuring local requirements were represented in the global configuration.
Governance tasks included review and validation of functional documents, coordination of country level requirements into the global template and participation in planning, analysing and developing the human resources strategy, associated budget and future HR projects. The department combined implementation stewardship with operational support responsibilities to maintain alignment between local HR needs and the Meta4 PeopleNet Core HR framework.
