The Staffing Specialist role served as the primary operational contact for student, staff, and faculty screening, and vendor administration included invoice processing for Sterling Info Systems as part of vendor payment workflows.
Governance and rollout emphasized operational ownership and training, with Staffing Specialists conducting new hire orientation logistics, benefits and portal training, and day-to-day guidance for hiring managers and student assistants. Processes documented included screening requests, candidate status communications, benefits enrollment review prior to submission, and coordination with Employee Relations for terminations and access deprovisioning.
