In 2019 PKP Group implemented SAP S/4HANA Contract and Lease Management to centralize lease accounting and property administration. The SAP S/4HANA Contract and Lease Management implementation, classified as Real Estate Property Management,Lease Management, targeted finance and real estate administration for station portfolios and the organizations broader property holdings.
Configuration centered on SAP Real Estate RE-FX to manage contract records, valuation and accounting handoffs, combined with SAP Fiori front ends to enable mobile document flows and field execution. The implementation automated document flows and supported mobile management of tens of thousands of properties, aligning on-screen workflows with field activity for property custodians and station teams.
Hicron served as the system integrator and delivered the rollout focused on finance and real-estate process areas in Poland, integrating front-end mobility, contract lifecycle management and accounting posting processes. Operational coverage included station administration and property management teams, with explicit workflow automation for accounting handoffs between property management and finance.
Governance emphasized process orchestration between property administration and finance, standardizing document flows and mobile approvals to move field operations onto Fiori-driven interfaces. The project improved operational efficiency for station and property administration and delivered rapid ROI through automated accounting handoffs and mobile-enabled field operations.
