Integrations were implemented with SAP transaction posting for payments and with bank statement processing to support preparation of responses to inquiries from the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, including analysis of delays for cash benefits due after January 1, 2020. The solution classifies counterparties by status such as micro, small, medium, large, public, and public medical, enabling statutory and commercial reporting across those categories within the ERP Financial environment. The rollout followed a two stage project plan, starting with a one month business concept and process analysis phase and followed by a five month implementation phase that included UAT and go live testing, spanning implementation dates from 10/19/2021 to 03/04/2022. The project was executed in cooperation between Fintiera functional consultants and ABAP developers and PGNiG accounting and IT teams, with the client system version noted as EHP8 FOR SAP ERP 6.0 during the engagement. Reported outcomes were explicit client satisfaction, completion in accordance with contract terms, and positive assessments for meeting deadlines and producing high quality documentation. The deployed Fintiera Payment Grids business report is used by a defined user group of 15 people for detailed analysis and operational control of payment backlogs within PGNiG SA.
