In 2014, Previsul Seguradora implemented I4PRO ERP as its core Insurance ERP platform. The deployment targeted insurance core operations at the Brazil-headquartered carrier and positioned I4PRO ERP to support underwriting, policy management, claims administration, billing, and finance functions across the organization.
The I4PRO ERP implementation focused on standard Insurance ERP capabilities, including policy administration, claims processing, billing and premium collection workflows, reinsurance accounting and commission management, and embedded reporting for regulatory and actuarial needs. Configurations emphasized product definition and rating tables, automated transactional workflows for policy lifecycle events, and role based access controls for underwriting, claims, and agency channels.
The project team also participated in a SAP Financial implementation, and the I4PRO ERP deployment was structured to integrate with SAP Financial for financial posting and ledger reconciliation workflows. Governance included cross functional process alignment between underwriting, claims, and finance, with phased functional cutovers to manage insurance operational continuity while consolidating accounting flows into SAP Financial.
