| Nemetschek Group | Legacy | Crem Solutions Spacewell BIM | Building Information Modeling | PLM and Engineering | n/a | 2024 | 2024 | In 2024, John Sisk & Son implemented Crem Solutions Spacewell BIM to create a digital twin smart headquarters in Dublin using Nemetschek dTwin alongside Spacewell. The deployment centers on the Crem Solutions Spacewell BIM application and aligns with Building Information Modeling practices to unify design models and operational data for workplace decision making. The implementation leverages Spacewell modules for facilities and workplace management, configured to consume BIM models as the authoritative asset and space register. Functional capabilities include space management, asset tagging, occupancy analytics and facilities work order orchestration, reflecting Building Information Modeling driven workflows for ongoing operations. Architecturally the solution integrates BIM models with real time IoT sensor streams and building management system telemetry, feeding the Nemetschek dTwin digital twin to enable synchronized model to sensor mapping. Data flows consolidate model geometry, sensor telemetry and BMS points to support occupancy insight and workplace analytics, and to present a single operational view for facilities and workplace teams at the Dublin HQ. The implementation was delivered with partner Real Data Systems RDS and included configuration of Spacewell for facilities operations and rollout of sensor and BMS integrations. Governance emphasis was placed on a single source of truth for BIM models and operational telemetry, with new workflows for facilities, workplace and energy teams to consume model led analytics that support occupancy insight and improved energy performance. |
