Reporting and analytic consolidation used the Workday PRISM Analytics platform to merge Workday data with existing datasets for operational visibility. Governance and rollout followed a full implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, system and user acceptance testing, and cutover. Validation rules, business processes, and production-ready configurations were developed and promoted from sandbox after testing, and data conversion and cutover activities were performed to operationalize Workday Absence Management across HR and payroll workflows.
