Q2 Software Legacy Q2 Digital Banking Platform Digital Banking ERP Services and Operations n/a 2021 2021
In 2021 Sterling Bank & Trust implemented the Q2 Digital Banking Platform to support Digital Banking operations across its retail online channels. The deployment included use of Q2 Central as the bank's online banking application for monthly performance reporting and channel monitoring. Operational work documented from July 2022 onward shows IT staff administering and maintaining the core banking application Xperience by Jack Henry and Associates in parallel with Q2 Central. Teams performed testing in a UAT environment to prepare for application changes, including the annual core upgrade, and acted as liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors when issues arose within supported applications. The bank provisioned MOVEit Automation as the primary FTP solution, creating and managing FTP tasks and hosts within MOVEit Automation to operationalize file transfer workflows. IT also assisted with creating document retention policies within Synergy and supported the design and operation of automatic botflows using Nintex RPA, while generating monthly performance reports inside Q2 Central. Governance and operational controls were enforced through submission of change requests to the internal CAB for production updates and by producing procedural documentation that outlines steps to perform supported functions. This configuration ties Sterling Bank & Trust, the Q2 Digital Banking Platform, Digital Banking capabilities and core banking administration into a combined application and operations footprint.
