The project required coordination with Tilray Canada and global IT teams for data migration, interfaces and master data harmonization, with the project manager serving as the subject matter expert for integration readiness and cutover sequencing. Operational coverage included finance and accounting teams and extended into corporate operations that interact with financial transaction flows.
Project governance was executed by a project manager who reported directly to directors, overseeing the $10M High Park Acumatica ERP System end to end, including scope definition, deliverables, timelines, stakeholder relationships and issue resolution.
