The implementation centralized attendance capture for field, factory, and mobile workforces and aligned time collection with payroll and billing workflows.
XperienceHR Attendance was configured to enable real time NFC based clock ins through Famoco FX100 NFC terminals and to deliver consolidated attendance reporting for field and factory sites. Implemented functional capabilities included NFC clock registration, real time event capture, and attendance reporting that fed downstream payroll and billing processes.
Operational scope covered Trenkwalder's HR, payroll, and billing functions across Central Europe and DACHLI, standardizing attendance capture and reporting workflows to support time to bill processes. The Famoco case study documents use of XperienceHR Attendance with Famoco FX100 terminals and notes that NFC enabled clock ins cut time to bill and reduced payroll delays, linking those operational benefits directly to the deployed Time and Attendance solution.
