In 2021, Victoria Police implemented Oracle Cloud ERP as part of a Common Corporate Platform initiative. The deployment was delivered under the ERP Financial category and the project explicitly used Oracle Cloud ERP to centralize core financial and procurement capabilities for corporate functions.
The implementation configured core Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cash management, alongside Procurement, Demand Planning and Supply Chain modules. Business Reporting and Intelligence capabilities were instantiated to provide consolidated financial reporting, and data migration efforts moved transactional and master data into Oracle Cloud ERP while supporting required configuration and custom development.
Integrations were a defined part of the program, with SAP FieldGlass integrated for contractor and time management, and a Kofax implementation coupled with e-invoicing using the Peppol network to streamline supplier invoice ingestion. The program also included broader integrations work and testing to connect Oracle Cloud ERP to existing operational feeds and reporting consumers.
Program governance emphasized structured testing, targeted custom development, formal decommissioning activities and a transition to support model. Project management oversight was based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, and the rollout focused on corporate finance, procurement, demand planning, supply chain and contractor management functions.

| SAP | Legacy | SAP HCM (HR) | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2013 | 2014 |
In 2013 Victoria Police implemented SAP HCM (HR) as a Core HR application under the HR Assist initiative, with TIK partnering with SAP to leverage the Nexus Suite Data Conversion and Payroll Verification Modules. The engagement used SAP HCM (HR) as the central Core HR platform and tied Nexus Suite capabilities directly into the deployment architecture to drive data ingestion and payroll validation workflows.
The implementation covered the majority of SAP HCM sub modules across personnel and payroll functions, including PA, PD, LMS, PY, FI/CO and OH&S, bringing HR, payroll, finance and occupational health and safety processes into a unified application footprint. The Payroll Verification Module was used to perform full payroll verification runs for the entire Victoria Police employee base, with analysis performed inside the Payroll Verification Module to validate pay results prior to production runs.
The Nexus Suite Data Conversion Module provided automated, auditable data conversion and delta processing, identifying and loading transactional records that had changed or been created in source systems during each conversion window. That delta processing capability removed the need for approximately thirty resources to manually enter transactional data, and all conversions ran through an auditable automation pipeline with an overall failure rate of 0.0003 percent, after data cleansing issues had been identified and signed off by Victoria Police prior to conversion.
Governance practices included formal sign off on data cleansing prior to conversion, and tight coordination between TIK, SAP and Victoria Police payroll and HR operations during payroll verification cycles. The project placed SAP HCM (HR) and Nexus Suite at the center of Core HR operations for Victoria Police, enabling consolidated payroll verification and automated data conversion across the organisation's employee population of over 14,000 operational staff within a total headcount of 22,312.

| Tungsten Automation | Legacy | Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices (formerly Kofax ReadSoft Invoices) | Intelligent Document Processing | Content Management | n/a | 2021 | 2021 |
In 2021, Victoria Police implemented Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices formerly Kofax ReadSoft Invoices to automate invoice capture and processing. The deployment is classified as Intelligent Document Processing and was executed alongside Victoria Police's Common Corporate Platform Oracle Cloud finance rollout.
The Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices implementation focused on invoice capture, optical character recognition based data extraction, automated invoice classification and validation, and exception routing into accounts payable workflows. Configuration targeted integration points with Oracle Cloud Finance components including Accounts Payable and General Ledger, and the solution was set up to handle Peppol e invoices and automated posting handoffs to procurement and cash modules where applicable.
Project work included data migration and integrations into the Common Corporate Platform, linking Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices to Oracle Cloud Financials, Business Reporting and Intelligence layers, and Supply Chain reporting feeds. Integration touchpoints also addressed connectivity requirements with SAP FieldGlass for contractor and time management to align contractor billing with accounts payable processes. Operational scope covered corporate finance and procurement functions with project coordination based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Governance and delivery activities documented iterative testing cycles, custom development to support Victoria Police invoice routing rules, decommissioning of previous invoice handling procedures, and a formal transition to internal support. A Victoria Police Project Manager is recorded as managing the contract from April 2021 through the initial rollout period, overseeing testing and handover activities.
