Implementation integrated bank deposit streams with the company ERP so applied payments and payment status are maintained in a unified system, supporting both field sales representatives working in rural areas and centralized back office AR processing. Operational coverage explicitly included field sales using the solution for rapid deposits and the AR team in the back office, with the consolidated architecture reducing reliance on courier drop offs and fragmented payment tracking. Governance and process changes centralized AR ownership around DadePay AR Automation while broadening individual responsibilities, allowing Würth Canada to reduce AR processing time by 75 percent, cut daily AR effort from 16 hours to about 4 hours, and realize sufficient FTE savings for the solution to pay for itself. Field sales reported regaining hundreds of selling hours per month, and the company maintained staffing levels while managing growth under the new AR Automation framework.
