The team developed an Advance pricing form in Order Management to support complex pricing needs, and maintained customizations inside Oracle Field Service to adapt dispatch and afterhours handling to Xerox operational requirements.
The technical footprint referenced OA Framework, Oracle 9i, PL/SQL, JAVA, Report Builder 6i, Form Builder 6i, XML Publisher, Discoverer 10G, and CR, and the project operated within P2P processes. Notable integration touchpoints included the iProcurement interface and P2P report flows, while Order Management pricing logic was extended to feed service billing and fulfillment routines.
Program governance included modification of approval workflows and notification routing to enforce new procurement-to-service handoffs, plus ongoing maintenance of Oracle Field Service customizations. The project also consolidated multiple existing CRM systems into a single to-be system to streamline customer and service case data for the Oracle Field Service Cloud implementation.
