In 2017, AVDtrade implemented ABM Inventory Management, an Inventory Management System to centralize inventory and orders management across its distribution network in Ukraine. The deployment targeted the company’s role as a national distribution center supplying more than 1500 wholesale points plus a company-owned retail store for commercial vehicle spare parts.

The implementation included analytics capabilities to identify surplus and reallocate stock to stores with need, reducing reliance on supplier orders for internal transfers. Standard Inventory Management System functional flows were applied, including purchase order generation, store replenishment triggers, and inventory reporting to support daily operations.
