Operational ownership extended to store managers and the central personnel administration team, enabling decentralization of activities that supported the retailer's expansion. The Personnel Administration coordinator stated that the partnership with Apdata significantly contributed to the management of important HR routines, and that the system met the needs of both the HR area and employees.
The rollout was executed collaboratively with Apdata, customizing the Apdata Global Antares System to Raia Drogasil requirements so managers could make requests and track status via the GA HR Portal.
